Dr Kirsten Peterson is a registered psychologist, endorsed sport and exercise psychologist, and organizational coach for her company Kirsten Peterson Consulting. Drawing on her 23 years of international experience as a sport and performance psychologist for Olympic athletes, coaches, and teams in the US and Australia, Kirsten understands how high performance works. She was a team psychologist at 7 Olympic Games and has worked with numerous sports, most recently with the Australian national women's water polo and rowing programs, as well as with USA Rugby. Serina chats with Kirsten about success and the mindset of top athletes (it's not what you might think), and application for those of us working to achieve our goals.

Jennifer Wittwer, CSM, is a nationally and internationally acclaimed gender expert, keynote speaker and published writer who has been recognised with numerous awards. With thirty-eight years in the Australian military, she has experience in leadership, organisational change, large-scale cultural and workplace reform, and implementing gender-responsive policy strategies and solutions. In recent years, Jen has worked for international organisations in Afghanistan, Brussels, New York, Ukraine and Jordan on a range of projects relating to women's participation in peace and security efforts.
In this episode, she chats with Serina about being a trailblazing woman in the navy, why she didn't join to find a husband, how the gender pay gap is an issue in the military, as well as sharing her money values.

Gai Brodtmann served as a member of the Australian House of Representatives for the seat of Canberra from 2010 until 2019. She served as Shadow Parliamentary Secretary for Defence and later Shadow Assistant Minister for Cyber Security and Defence Personnel. Gai serves on several boards including the Australian Strategic Policy Institute council, the Museum of Australian Democracy at Old Parliament House, and Endometriosis Australia, and the Sapien Cyber advisory board. In this podcast, she shares her experience of growing up where money suddenly became tight. As a result, she is passionate about women becoming financially literate to 'grip it up' and know where their money is going.
